I HEART Glitter......

If you have read my blog for long, you know about my love of glitter. I'm always looking for things that sparkle with the stuff and then, it hit me! Why not just order some for myself then I can glitter up anything I want! So a couple of days ago, I ordered some silver glass glitter. In fact I ordered a pound. I honestly don't know if that is alot or not. It can't weigh that much, so I figured it would be enough to go glitter crazy! I have some fun ideas in my head, especially for the holidays.
One of the first things I'm gonna do is glam up a small skull that I got from Walmart last year very similar to this one. I'm probably gonna have glitter on anything I can get my hands on, kind of like my chalkboard paint obsession, but I promise that I won't have a glitter wall!

Ok, I might need to borrow some of your glitter. I bought a pack of it for some pumpkin glittering but...I'm just not sure it will be ENOUGH!!
The hus HATES glitter so all craft projects will have to go outside.
I just hope the college kids don't walk by and steal them.
Can't wait to craft and see YOUR crafts!

I don't know, a glitter wall would be fairly fabulous! ;)
I bought a bunch of glitter last year and made a ton of Christmas ornaments with vintage paper, silver glitter, and ribbon. Some of them turned out rather pretty. Love the skeleton idea though. I might have to snag it. With that, hope all's well and thanks, kiddo, for all the nice words lately. ;)

I heart glitter too~I seem drawn to whatever is sparkly! I've been wanting to sell my banners..have had a couple orders. Don't know if I should set up an Etsy or not, is it confusing/a lot of work??

P.S. I think I saw your mom today (not completely sure) @ The Barn in NL's fall show...could it have been her?

Can you tell I'm glued to the computer tonight? I got off work early and I have just been reading blogs while I do laundry!! :) I have been selling the banners for $6 for the "BOO" and $12 for the "SPOOKY" I have no idea if the price is right. I just added up the supplies and the time and that is what me and my hubby came up with. That skull I actually got @ Wal Mart, I accidently put Target--only 4 bucks! I think Target has them too though! I am from Mt. Pleasant...Yes, Felicia always does a nice job w/ the Barn~she is a very talented lady! She did my wedding flowers and they were to die for!

that skull is going to be awesome! I quit glittering after I was still cleaning it up WEEKS after christmas last year! But i love it so much! One year I glittered everyone's christmas cards and got a lot of flack for it.

You're such a doll! Well, we know you love chalkboard paint too, so now you need to come up with something amazing using both!!!

I really like the skull idea. And I'm not a skull person at all. :) Have fun glittering!
