Just in case you haven't heard.......

We are moving!
Our new location will be at 104 West Main Street
(the old coffee corner)
and
we are shooting for an opening date of
March 2nd.
As you can imagine, we are busy working on our new space
to transform it "Backyard" style,
which thanks to Tracey I have defined as
a little bit urban, a little bit farmhouse and a little bit french.
We are in the process of picking out some paint samples
and would love to hear your ideas.
If we pick the colors you suggested, there will be a prize in it for you!
Just leave your ideas in comments
and
we are going to need at least two coordinating colors.
Thanks for the help
and
I can't wait to see what you come up with!
Have a great weekend!!

You are not gonna believe this......

WE ARE MOVING.

Yes, you heard me right.....

WE ARE MOVING.

I know, I know, we just did a little redo on the shop a couple weeks ago

but,

an opportunity fell in our lap this week that we couldn't pass up.

And the exciting part is......

WE ARE MOVING DOWNSTAIRS!!!!

Uh huh, that right, no more stairs to climb to get to us!

Beginning in March (give or take) our new home will be at.....

104 West Main Street, Washington

(the old Coffee Corner)

We have tons to do to get it ready and we will keep you posted on the happenings.

We will miss our old place, and all the fun we had there, but it's time for us to expand. We have just plain outgrown our cute little space.

GO, and spread the word

The Backyard is MOVING!!

Our New Look......

It took a while, but here is the shop redo......

My hubby and boys exposed the brick wall for me. I'm telling you, that was a dirty mess. I am glad it wasn't a bigger wall. I LOVE the urban look of it.
On the table are our new linen/room sprays. These are AWESOME and really work!
They can be used in your car, bathroom, to freshen your bed linens or even the clothes in your closet. I even sprayed my furniture to freshen. The possibilities are endless.
These are priced CHEAP at $4.99 each.

The color of paint we chose is called, Poetic and we got it a True Value. It brightens up the room so much.

We are extremely happy with how our reed diffusers turned out. If you look closely, they are on the top shelf of the metal cupboard. For now, we have them available in 5 scents and they are priced at only $14.99.

Don't you just love this funky chair??????
We still have a few 2010 calenders left and they are marked down 1/2 off.

If your in the area, stop in and see us. We have several items throughout the store marked down to make room for some new merchandise.
We also have our new candle scents available to purchase as well.
They are....
Aveda Shampure Type (AMAAAAAZING)
Little Black Dress
Amish Quilt (This is what Bonnie burns in her store)
Apple Butter Caramel
Lilac (just in time for spring)
I will be listing them on etsy this week.
I hope to see you soon!

My Sissy's Blog......

I am excited to tell you that my sister has FINALLY decided to start a blog about how to save money by clipping coupons.
She started doing this a couple months ago and has saved alot of money so far!
I don't like taking the time to find the deals or coupons so that is why I haven't used them in the past.
But NOW, she finds tons of GREAT deals and posts them on her blog!
She does all the work and I reap the benefits!
Thanks Janelle!

If you are interested in checking it out, you can find her HERE. She has tons of money saving coupons you can print off and freebies you can sign up for. Tonight I signed up for a FREE pizza cutter!
If you decide to pay her a visit, go ahead, leave her a comment. We fellow bloggers all know how great comments make us feel when we first start blogging, right?
I don't know about you, but I am all about saving money these days, especially on things like groceries and essentials. I will happily take the savings and use it on something fun!

I'm Back.....

I know Christmas is over, but I just can't bring myself to erase our chalkboard wall. My oldest son Clay and I did this a few days before Christmas. I think it's so darn cute, and I have to admit, it was truly all of Clay's idea. He just had me do all the work!
I didn't realize how much fun it would be to draw on the wall, but it really is! I am so glad I painted it. It's definately a conversation piece.
Now,
on to store business.......
We thoroughly enjoyed our little hiatus from the shop, but we are ready to get back to doing what we love! We are planning on giving the shop a facelift in the next couple of weeks, we feel it's time to freshin' things up a bit. We have new merchandise on it's way, and a few ideas up our sleeve to expand on our candle line. We will keep you posted.
We also decided that throughout the remaining winter months, we will be going back to our original store hours which are:
Tues: 10-5
Wed: 10-5
Thurs: 10-6
Friday: 10-5
and
Sat: 10-3
As always we are closed Sunday and Monday.
We also want to remind you that in the case of severe winter weather, you may want to call before heading out, as we may be closed.
Oh yeah, one more thing.....
We still have a few Christmas items left at 50% off so if your looking for deals we have them for you!
Hope to see you soon, and if not, you can always shop our etsy! I just added new items today!
