Home At Last........

Oh, my goodness, I am so glad to be home. We had such a great time visiting my husbands brother Trent and his family, we ALWAYS do, but I am always ready to be back home. I have tons of pictures to show you of their home, and I will do that in a day or two, but I wanted to show you the front door now cause it's so cool I think and I couldn't wait. It is so inviting and I am in love with the color! We were there to help celebrate my niece Mckenna's high school graduation. She has grown into such an amazing woman. I love her dearly and I'm so proud of her.

This is right before they left for graduation and there were many tears. It's just so hard to believe she is ready to go out into this big world and make a life for herself. She is headed to New York City in the fall for college. Luckily, they only live about 2 hrs or so from the City so they can go visit often.
I do already miss them, and wish we could see eachother more often. I also need to mention that my mother in-law needs prayer, she fell while we were gone and broke her femur. (not sure of the spelling) She ended up having to have surgery and is now in a care facility in our hometown as she just couldn't come home . My father in-law will turn 90 in a couple of weeks, and couldn't take care of her. We visited her last night when we got home and I think she is having trouble adjusting and is in quite a bit of pain.
I also have to say that we flew to PA. and anyone that knows me, KNOWS that I HATE flying. I am sooo nervous the entire time. BUT, my new best friend is Xanax. I went to the Dr. before leaving and was given a prescription. I was soooo relaxed and will NEVER fly without it again. Did I mention that I love Xanax? :)

I'm so sorry about Tork's mom, Tricia. I hope she's doing better. And I'm glad the two of you had fun; their front door is pretty fabulous. I love that crisp green apple color! Hope all's well. :)
